IT Lawyer/Solicitor (Contract, Zurich)
For our client, a large company with global headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
In this challenging role you will be responsible for supporting our client in the contract process from an SLA perspective of the contract. You will be in charge of overseeing contractual operational process areas. You will go through a large drafted contract and review/complete glossary and named terms.
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP
The contract will run for 6 months.
The work language is English.
For this contract role, we are searching for a lawyer/solicitor with experience with global IT outsourcing contracts, including drafting, reviewing and assessing their impact on SLA's and processes.
