For our client, a global company with headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
ITSM Tools Architect (Contract, Zurich)
In this challenging contract role, you will ensure that the tools solution design and the tools reference model are properly aligned, integrated with ServiceNow and implemented. Additionally you will be responsible for defining a cross tower architecture and will define the information flow between landscape and supplier tool. Quality assurance tasks will be part of your tasks, as well as providing subject matter expertise for technical architecture issues.
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is in Mid-September 2014.

For this challenging contract, we are searching for a technical architect who is familiar with large scale infrastructure design and architecture. You are familiar with tools architecture definition in a multi-supplier environment as well as with tools integration into ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow). Additionally, you have experience in service and task orchestration and automation.
