Responsibilities
- Scope: Development of a dedicated Client Relationship Management (CRM) system in the area of Institutional Solutions Group (ISG)
- Including the workflow management related to specific opportunities submitted to the clients as well as the related reporting of KPIs for the involved business units in ISG
- You will work in a dynamic agile team (approx. 10 people) that is based in Zurich and is composed of IT (project manager, business analyst, application architect, designer, developer, integrator, tester) and business
- Responsible for requirements engineering, application design and specification of upcoming business needs
- Scope process/workflow engineering and data modelling in the DB
- Support our quality assurance units in the creation of test cases
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as business analyst
- Proven experience/knowledge of requirements engineering, analysis and data modelling
- Experienced with state of the art methodologies (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML)
- Enterprise Architect (EA) knowledge is mandatory
- Knowledge in Banking & Finance and Banking Products
- Content- Knowledge of banking products and client information
- Experience in the role application design and software architect is an advantage
- Knowledge of Linux/Redhat, UNIX, Oracle DB is an advantage
- Knowledge of testing methodology and creation of adequate test cases is appreciated
- Knowledge of SDLC is an advantage

- English - fluent or mother tongue (documentation in english)
- German - fluent
