Requirements Engineer/FX Back Office - Treasury, OTC derivatives, FX, PM products, IRD, Murex, XML
Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a Requirements Engineer/FX Back Office for one of our major clients, a global bank headquartered in Zurich.
An interesting role to liaise with business and technical team members in order to determine the solutions to business needs.
A role to develop functional specifications, presentations and documents according to requirements from business.
Responsibility to analyse, design, test and support the implementation of technical solutions that address the changing functional requirements of the IRD's and FX/PM options business on a middle-Back Office related Murex platform
The possibility to work in a dynamic environment within investment banking middle and back office
- Analysis, incident resolution and consulting tasks
- Involvement in 3rd level support for production issues
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Information Technology and/or Business Economics or equivalent
- Several years of experience in a similar role within a large financial institution in a trading/Back Office environment
- Drive, pro-active work approach and good communication skills
- Solid knowledge of treasury or FX Back Office processing, focusing on OTC derivatives for FX and PM products as well as for IRD's and the MUREX (processing) platform.
- Computer literacy and an interest in technical innovations (knowledge of XML (FPML) and SQL is a plus)
- Good communication skills in English, German would be an advantage
