On behalf of our client, a renowned Pharmaceutical company in Basel, Swisslinx are looking for a Project Assistant/PMO on a contract basis.
You would be working closely with the Project Manager, supporting them with their daily tasks.
Do you have strong organisational skills? Have a high degree of integrity? Do people trust you and are you an excel and access expert? Are you happy conducting 90% of your communication via phone and email and are a bit of perfectionist when it comes to data project controlling?
If so, this could be the role for you!
In order to be considered for this exciting role you are required to have:
- Strong organisational skills and project experience as well as a positive attitude
- Excellent Excel, Access and Powerpoint skills. Ability to automate manual processes in Excel and Outlook
- Be comfortable working in virtual structures where most of the communication is done by phone or email
- Have a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Fluent English
It would also be beneficial if you have some knowledge in finance, controlling and/or SAP.
This is a contract position starting 01.07.2014 until the end of year with possible extension.
