Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Compliance Projekt Manager / Service Manager ITIL wie folgt:

JOB PURPOSE
? The project manager will be responsible for the planning and maintenance of the assigned project. He will jointly with the stakeholders create a plan, which guarantees the achievement of the critical project milestones. He is also responsible for the project status reporting and all project ICE compliance aspects.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Program/Project Focus:
? Accountable for maintaining the project plan.
? Accountable for the project status reporting and all project compliance aspects (ICE methodology – not IGM, which will be handled by the project PQM).
? Ensure achievement of critical project milestones.
? Plan and organize the project, establish a project governance model.
? Track the progress on a task level with all project team members.
? Maintain tracking lists for open tasks, risks & issues, key decisions.
? Maintain exact control over the projects status.
? Manage all aspects of project expenditure and budget including CARs, Purchase Orders, financial status reporting etc.
? Customer-centric approach in delivering projects in full partnership with service lines.
? Understand (project related) Critical Success Factors for key Domain customers - align activities to ensure successful achievement of these.

? Understand current and future direction of the Gemini and ensure all program needs are addressed appropriately.
? Support business/service lines in their change management efforts to improve business processes.
? Risk Management, Reporting and Communications Focus:
? Identify, manage and remediate project risks and issues
? Ensure appropriate involvement of project leads including status reporting and resolution of escalated issues
? Manage escalations with various internal support groups (e.g. service lines) and external service providers (e.g., BT, HP).
? Report project status through defined channels.

? Compliance/Quality Focus:
? Ensure compliance to the ICE methodology, GxP and other Novartis processes and procedures (where applicable).

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / MEASURES OF SUCCESS
? Projects successfully delivered on time, on budget, on quality, on value consistent with Novartis standards/regulations and fully aligned with IT strategy.
? Adhere to defined management and delivery processes for IT projects and other Policies relevant to the project scope.
? Actively engage in collection and performing of lessons learned to improve knowledge and processes .
? Satisfaction of key customers (e.g., service lines) and divisional stakeholders in Business IT (where applicable).

Must-skills
? Fluent in English and German – oral and written.
? MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
? At least 5+ years experience in IT Project Management.
? IT Service Management experience (ITIL – Change, incident order management, etc).
? Good awareness of IT Services, Data Center and /or hosting technologies and trends – key areas of interest include: Service Management, Data Center builds, Virtualization, Hosting infrastructure build or migration projects.
? GxP knowledge.
? Several years of Novartis experience together with a good understanding of processes/organization etc. of advantage.
? Experience with MS Office Tools, MS SharePoint and MS Project.
? Team work in a challenging IT environment.
? Ability to work in an International as well as multicultural environment.
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks.
? Ability to deal with variable workload.
? Demonstrable leadership skills within a global matrix organization.
? Strong outcome-driven mindset.
? Excellent communication and change management skills.
? Ability to lead global, multicultural, multifunctional teams.
? Excellent budget management and negotiation skills.
? Vendor management / service management skills.

Nice to have
? Formal Project Management accreditation preferred (PRINCE 2 or PMP)
