Our client, based in Zurich, is currently seeking for a PMO.
Tasks:
Contribution in Project Team
Support Project lead
Responsible for Project Mailbox and share drive
Set up Meetings
Coordinate availabilities and Tasks in multinational Team
Organize Workshops and Support Project governance
Skills:
Powerpoint to prepare presentations
Organise workshops
Management of Mail account, calendar
Document decisions, tasks, deliverables
Project quality assurance/governance
Fluent in German and English, French nice to have
