Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3035 for a Business 2nd Level Supporter (f/m) Transition Management.Project environment
A Private Swiss Bank is looking for a business-related 2nd Level Supporter for the Service Model Refinement & Rollout: Global rollout of enhanced advisory service model to entire client base (including all international locations).
Tasks
• Support front representatives (super users) in all inquiries regarding the newly rolled out advisory offering and dashboard application (2nd level) via following channels:
o Phone
o Email
o Individual or group meetings
• Analyse requests, triage to topic experts as well as maintenance of FAQs and presentation materials for training and re-training.
• Preparation of progress and error reports for project and management.
• Data analysis (transition review, potential bottlenecks, migration preparation, error mitigation / resolution).
• Optional: Presentation of new service models and support concept, as well as trainings on live environment to end users (relationship managers and assistants) around Switzerland.
Requirements
• At least 5 year experience in a similar position within the financial industry (banking).
• Good knowledge in banking (processes, organization etc.) with main focus on front.
• High analytical skills (e.g. business analysis), very structured in thinking and acting.
• IT affinity / background which enables to proceed data analysis together with IT staff.
• High communication skills, familiar in communication with front staff.
• Presentation, training and education skills would be preferable.
• Fluent in German and English. French and Italian would be beneficial.
