Role:
- Manages and coordinates computer support service delivery activities across various different teams to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient resolution/escalation of application support issues/problems.
- Plans, develops and maintains policies and procedures for carrying out application support operations.
- Reflects the operational findings into new/changed systems capabilities and the required communication activities.
Requirements:
- Experience with enterprise-scale, complex, distributed computer system architectures
- Knowledge of the Oracle BPM technology and the way this is applied in EWS/EA PEBA
- Good general knowledge of applications
- Proven ability to work with global, virtual teams is required.
- Good knowledge of regulated working environment, especially pharmaceutical area, is a plus.
