Our client is a very innovative financial technology firm located in the area of Zurich. The firm offers a very professional and change- driven environment where you will have the chance to use your skills within an independent role and make a major impact on the client's business.
We are looking for an experienced contractor/consultant with strong exposure to the current regulatory changes on the Swiss banking & finance market place that has a good understanding of needs and concerns of the industry.
My client is looking to add a regulatory CRM- module to the financial software solution and needs a specialist to design a specification for regulatory aspects.
Tasks
- Create clear specification of needed implementation for an innovative solution providing portfolio management, order management and data sources (such as Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)
- Liaise with the company's executives on a daily basis
- Gather user requirements in and use your own regulatory knowledge in order to create the design specification
- The client strongly emphasises home office
Requirements
- Previous work-experience as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or Compliance Officer with a good technical understanding of portfolio management solutions
- Very good knowledge of KYC, AML, MiFID, Investment Suitability and FIDLEG regulations and processes
- Working experience with an asset manager, wealth manager, family office or private bank
- Project experience within Fintec, especially financial software solutions is a strong asset
- Entrepreneurial mindset is essential
- Outstanding communication skills and experience in dynamic and small environments
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) and good German is desirable
This is a fantastic contract opportunity that can lead into a long-term assignment, working within an exciting and entrepreneurial environment.
The assignment duration is planned for 3-6 moths and is negotiable.
The start Date is flexible and should be latest by end of July 2015.
