Your tasks:
- Support of the department in various administrative topics (administration of outlook agendas, organization of meetings and events, etc.)
- Support in the commercial steering of the division (e.g. financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis)
- Contract management (administrative tasks in SAP CSM)
- Lead administrative projects within the division
Your qualifications
- Experience as business supporter, personal assistant or in another commercial support function
- Experienced user of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SAP (preferable)
- Fluent in German, English and French
- Autonomous, hands-on, highly reliable and discrete
