ITSM Tool Configuration SME (Contract, Zurich)
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of Asset & Configuration or Service Catalogue & Request Fulfilment processes in ServiceNow. Potentially the role will be performed by 2 resources, each responsible for a stream.
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is immediate/ASAP (this is not negotiable).
The contract duration is initially 6 months, with possible extensions.
The project language is English.
For this challenging contract, we are searching for 1-2 motivated contractors, with experience in tool configuration supporting Asset&Configuration or Service Catalogues and their fulfilment (ie Reflex, Workshop). Strong experience with ITSM tools and with ITIL v3 processes is necessary for this role. Previous ServiceNow experience is a plus.
