Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2836 for an IT Delivery Manager (f/m).Project environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for an IT Delivery Manager over different programs and projects (e.g. TBTF, Regulatory, Client Data Confidentiality, FXMM Gateway). The role is required to meet the late on-going regulatory deadlines, provide L3 support of Swiss CID data in production and test and to work with business analysts located in Zurich.
Tasks
• Managing all aspects of a program / project, which include project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
• Managing stabilization stream (end of life / long term investment programs).
• Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years work experience.
• Understand and anticipate technical and business needs.
• Background / experience in various technologies required (Oracle / Java / Tools / Operating Systems).
• Agile / Scrum (JIRA) experience essential.
• Project management and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of software development, team leading and release processes is required.
• English mandatory, German beneficial.
