Business Engineer wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your tasks:
- Leading a team of 10 business engineers
- Achieving a clear understanding of business goals and needs within the context of business processes
- Providing oversight about new requests, dependencies and maintaining the backlog for the program
- Lead pre-studies, offerings, estimates and conceptual work within different business initiatives
- Acting as a trusted advisor to our business partners
- Supporting and coaching the team in eliciting, analyzing, developing, validating and managing requirements
Your experience/skills:
- Academic degree (Masters or Bachelor) in economics, computer science or a similar field
- 10+ years proven track record as a Business Engineer within the financial industry
- Profound practical and theoretical financial know-how (especially wealth management, investment products, portfolio analysis and portfolio risk management)
- Experience using requirements engineering tools and methods (e.g. Use Case modeling, UML) in an agile environment
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and project roles
- Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken, German skills are an asset
