For a limited time contract - starting May with a duration of approx. 7 months - we are looking forBusiness Consultants/Financial Analysts/Senior Project Managers (1988)
Our customer is a globally operating financial institution. The team you will be part of supports our customers HR process and system transformation program. The primary responsibilities are to plan, coordinate and steer the project within the guidelines of the formulated project plan and approved budget, to track the execution of the program and to ensure timely delivery, as well as ensure proactive communication to stakeholders.
Required Skillset:
• Proven program/project management and coordinator experience
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible, high-quality, project delivery results within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
• Structured and disciplined; control mindset; and provides the relevant level of transparency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills with ability to formulate and conduct presentations comfortably to large groups and senior/executive management
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable building effective working relationships and partnership across different divisions, functions levels and cultures
• Experienced user of MS Project
• Project management certification e.g. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE 2 is a big plus
Ideally you have a consulting background and solid financial services (large banks) experience. Any examples of successful project management in a large organization as part of your CV are highly appreciated.
English language skills are mandatory. German language skills are an asset.
