Beschreibung

The Program has the goal to deliver the compliance to the Resolution requirements by mid-2016. The program is based in Zurich. We are seeking a senior Operational Risk Management professional to lead the transformation for the CRO Operational Risk function, with the option of leading the new function (permanent position) as Head CRO ORM LE CH after the completion.

The highly responsible position as Program Manager of the Operational Risk Program for

to coordinate and ensure a consistent implementation of the Operational Risk Framework and subsequent transition to business as usual

Responsibility for assembling a project team of internal and external team members and effectively communicating objectives, priorities and status of the Operational Risk Program

Providing leadership in developing and establishing the Operational Risk Framework and methodologies tailored to the business, based on the global Operational Risk Framework design and implementation

Working with specialist teams to ensure appropriate data is provided in a consistent and timely manner for the Operational Risk Capital models

Taking over a supportive role in adapting and maintaining technology systems for, to support operational risk reporting and other processes

Responsibility for representing the Operational Risk function within program governance committees. Responsibility for ensuring timely and comprehensive delivery of milestones and regulatory requirements for the transformation

Responsibility for a smooth transition from project to business as usual status ensuring successful knowledge transfer and onboarding of the permanent ORM team

The option to transition to the position of Head CRO ORM upon successful program delivery (permanent position)

You offer

At least 5+ years of management experience in Operational Risk Management or equivalent functions (eg Compliance, Audit, Business Risk Management) within the financial industry

Broad knowledge of Private Banking processes and topics, as a must

Several years of leadership experience in a similar role

Previous experience in program/project management

Excellent communication skills as well as fluent written and spoken English and German

Ability to keep ahead of industry and relevant regulatory developments
