A Swiss Private Bank is looking for 5-8 Compliance KYC Remediation Specialists to perform client file reviews in order to ensure appropriate documentation of client relationships by the Relationship Managers as well as to provide front office guidance on quality standards required. The role's focus is to ensure quality documentation of clients while adhering to internal guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements.Workload 100%

Tasks
• Perform client documentation reviews on high Swiss &international AML/KYC best-practice standards, as partof a remediation programme to improve documentationstandards across private banking teams.
• Ensure appropriate Know your Client (KYC) informationand documentation is on file following RMs' remediation.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests and client issues raised by the RM.
• Raise potential documentation shortfalls with the relevant RM or escalate to relevant Team Head.
• Regular meetings with RM Team Heads, RMs and Assistants.
• Provide 1:1 Trainings to RM’s to train & explain the remediation requirements & process.
• Provide one-on-one sessions to assigned RMs when and if appropriate coaching
Requirements
• Completed bank apprenticeship with corresponding further education or graduate degree in law / business economics.
• Minimum of 2-3 years private wealth management experience, in a Client Facing / Risk / Compliance function.
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss and international AML/KYC best-practice (preferably UK) and client documentation standards.
• Detailed knowledge of Customer Due Diligence requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.

• Sound organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to complete high volumes of client files to an excellent standard.
• Excellent communication skills (interaction with RMs).
• Flexibility to travel to different locations in Switzerland.
• Very good inter-personal skills.
• Open and approachable.
• Ability to relate to colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Team player and self-motivator who possesses good judgment skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken. Italian and French is considered as a plus.
