Job Description:
- Analyzes business processes & use cases
- Derives functional & non-functional requirements/specifications from use cases
- Defines non-functional requirements
- Creates user requirements specification
- Creates functional specification
- Create and is responsible for ensuring complete traceability (use cases -> requirements -> functional specification -> test cases -> test reports)
- Analyses incoming change requests pertaining changes to requirements and functional specifications
- Provides analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements through interviewing and conducting workshops.
- Documents and champions business processes.
- Elicits, organizes, analyzes, translates and simplifies requirements.
- Facilitates and supports system and user acceptance testing.
- Develops business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Provides consultation to users in the area of business systems and processes.
- Leads cross-functional discussions in the resolution of business or systems issues.
- Creates use cases, activity diagrams, flow charts using UML
- Responsible for management of relevant documentation through application life cycle management tools, eg HP ALM.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems or similar.
At least 2 years of experience as Business Analyst in a medical company or as Management Consultant for a medical client.
Languages:
Fluent English Language skills mandatory. Fluent German would be a plus.
