Für unseren Kunden in der Zentralschweiz suchen wir per Dezember 2015 eine/n "Team Assistant for GPS Admin".Hauptaufgaben:
• Support of the existing Executive Assistants and the Expert Admin Team:
• Provide advanced, diversified and confidential administrative Support
• Calendar management, scheduling meetings and travel itineraries (Roche Online Booking System), processing business expenses and invoice checking, as well as ad hoc requests
• Coordinate and manage meetings ( face to face, internal/external, national/international, VC, WebEx, Hangouts ), organizing meeting rooms, catering and required equipment and coordinating logistics for attendees
• Provide routine and extraordinary support on additional special projects
• Keeping operational and organizational chart reporting up to date
• Establish common ground for intranet and share points
• Liaise and build relationship across other sites, functions and Business Areas, acting as a competent and well-accepted contact for the team, maintain relationship and information flow with other Management assistants and teams and provide assistance and back-up to other assistants
• Support within the Interview Management Process
• Additional administrative support to the Admin Expert Team
