Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Solution Architect SAP HR Succesfactors for a 6months + project with our client in North Holland.
Project:
- Our client is in the process insourcing payrolling in SAP ECP.
- This is completed for the Netherlands.
- The last year the company migrated the payrolling of Germany and Austria but with still issues leading to manual work
- Because of this migration the company is now encountering subjects which should be assessed and possible adjusted for multiple countries.
- Scope for the coming months is
- Stabilize current payrolling of Germany and Austria
- Assessment of current architecture where are improvements needed
- Identifying manual work, what can be automated
- Investigate and advice how absences and leave can be done best
- of migrating it's current Work Force Management solution UKG Work Force Central to UK Work Force Dimensions.
- Project is running, additional solution architecture capacity is needed.
Requirements:
- Senior SAP SF Employee Central architect
- At least 10 year plus implementation experience as SF EC consultant
- Extensive experience in SF EC payrolling
- Proven experience (Configuration) Implementation, Migration, testing, Architecture around SuccessFactors, especially on payrolling
- Experience in Payroll Implementation in Germany & Austria is mandatory, as this country experience is essential.
- Knowledge of systems and integration with SAP HCM and UKG WFC or Pro WFM (dimensions)
- Strong personality
- Able to quicky process new information
- Team player
- English speaking
