**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our Gosselies office in Belgium. The selected candidate will play a critical role in steering our strategic program, focusing on the energy market's transition, digitalization, and operational efficiency. This position requires a full-time commitment, with the possibility of remote work in consultation with the supervisor. However, a minimum of two days per week on-site presence is mandatory, with occasional additional days as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring alignment with the program's strategic objectives and compliance with project management methodologies (Prince2).
- Coordinate with program and project teams to manage dependencies and ensure seamless execution across initiatives.
- Oversee the project's progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality expectations.
- Lead risk management activities, developing contingency and mitigation plans.
- Drive team motivation and collaboration, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project outcomes align with strategic objectives and deliver meaningful impacts on the organization.
**Required Skills:**
*Must-Have:*
- At least 5 years of proven experience in project management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing projects involving SAP.
- Proficiency in Prince2 project management methodologies.
- Fluent in French.
*Added Value Skills:*
- Experience in managing projects integrating multiple applications is highly desirable.
*Nice-to-Have:*
- Prior experience in energy market projects or similar industry sectors.
**Note:** The location is not easily accessible via public transport; thus, having a driving license and a vehicle is necessary for commuting and possible travel to other sites.
