About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Data Governance Expert/Senior Data Scientist to lead the implementation of data governance for private customer data. This critical role will focus on establishing comprehensive governance frameworks and ensuring robust management of personal data in accordance with regulatory standards and corporate policies.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of data governance frameworks.
Manage the successful realization of data governance projects, particularly for personal data related to private customers.
Coordinate with stakeholders at various levels from C-level executives to IT personnel to ensure alignment and compliance.
Provide expert guidance and consultancy as per SwissICT standards.
Balance technical responsibilities with operational project management (approximately 70% data governance, 30% project management).

Requirements:
Extensive experience in data management and data governance, particularly within corporations structured as Aktiengesellschaft (AG).
Proven track record in managing and implementing data governance projects.
Expertise in handling personal data and implementing related governance.
Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with diverse groups including high-level executives.
Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex issues for various audiences.
Professional proficiency in German (C2) and English.

Qualifications:
You should hold a level of expertise categorized as 'Expert' or at minimum 'Senior' by SwissICT standards.
Several years of experience in project implementation related to IT and data governance.
Background as an ICT consultant according to SwissICT is desirable.
