Project Manager - Real Estate vacancy for a globally operating Baden based company in the Energy sector.Your tasks:
- Leading end-to-end management of real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Providing innovative solutions for building engineering challenges to align with business goals
- Managing stakeholder relationships and conducting effective budgeting and cost planning
- Overseeing lease contracts, premises consolidation, and workplace optimization initiatives
- Utilizing the Group Real Estate gate model for streamlined project management
- Maintaining portfolio data integrity, including lease and premises data management
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Project Manager, preferably in corporate projects with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for efficient project tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, civil engineering or similar field
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus
