**Job Description:**
We are looking for a Project Business Change Manager who will play a key role in managing transformation projects, particularly in HR, Audit & Security, and communication sectors, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess change management needs and impacts of ongoing projects, adapting to changing requirements.
- Develop and execute tailored change management plans in collaboration with team leads and project/program managers.
- Implement and monitor necessary activities and resources for effective change management.
- Manage stakeholder engagement plans actively.
- Design and oversee communication strategies, training initiatives, and create engaging communication materials.

**Essential Skills:**
- Proficiency in change management methodologies, particularly ADKAR/PROSCI.
- Ability to create impactful communication materials using tools like Canvas or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive Change Management plans.

**Additional Skills:**
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with good knowledge of the other language and English proficiency.
- Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating work sessions and workshops.

**Screening Questions:**
1. Can you provide examples of how you have successfully implemented ADKAR/PROSCI methodologies in previous projects?
2. Describe a scenario where you developed and executed a Change Management plan. What was the outcome?
3. How do you approach stakeholder management in complex projects? Please provide a specific example.
4. What strategies do you employ to create engaging and effective communication materials? Can you share an example of a successful communication campaign you led?
5. How do you prioritize and manage your tasks when handling multiple projects simultaneously?
