Learning Associate (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- The Learning Associate collaborates with Functional Learning Partners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and/or area management to define learning needs and executes at site
- The Learning Associate manages the curricula and learning assignments for site area of responsibility while ensuring that global alignment, where appropriate
- Maintains relationships with site based customers. They provide updates to leadership as required
- They act as primary point of contact and maintain a deep understanding of the training program and how it applies to the site
- They use knowledge of systems and process to address general questions regarding learning process and function
- They perform assessments of changes requested by business and approves on behalf of learning and performs assessment of controlled documents for training impact
- They make recommendations to address any learning gaps or change in scope of audience
- Supports audit activities as needed
Main qualifications
- Masters in Business, Learning, Psychology or related field
- Experience in a related role
- Experience in Pharma or Biotech industry, GMP experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and influencing skills
