Office Assistant - Administrator Junior vacancy for our Zurich based client in the IT sector.

Your tasks:
  • Assisting in creating Purchase Requisitions and administering Purchase Orders
  • Following up regularly with Law firms for timely submission of invoices and future estimates
  • Reviewing invoices to verify compliance with company guidelines and financial standards
  • Collaborating with the controlling team to ensure accurate reflection of invoices in our systems
  • Leading continuous improvement of procure to pay processes within Legal & Integrity, recommending enhancements
  • Assisting in implementing new technologies to streamline procure to pay processes

Your experience/knowledge:
  • 1+ year of experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Excel for organizing procure to pay processes
  • Willingness to learn tools like SAP Ariba, Readsoft, and SAP ERP
  • Recent graduate from vocational schools, current student or relevant administrative background
  • Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach and understanding of systemic consequences
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to clearly and effectively present and report activities
