For our customer, a large chemical company based in Graubünden, we are looking for an
IT Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
What awaits you:
* Responsible for client engineering tasks.
* Participation and management of projects such as the introduction of new Microsoft operating systems, rollouts of
business applications, and improvement of internal processes.
* Operation and further development of the SCCM/MECM software distribution used worldwide.
* Creating installation packages and automations using PowerShell.
* Define and control release and patch management in the client environment.
* Setting up, delivering and providing IT workstation devices (fat client/server infrastructure).
* Evaluate and procure IT hardware and software.
* Solving tasks in the areas of 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support.
* Setting up and supporting the IT infrastructure for management events.
* Assisting in the training of our IT learners.
* Ensuring the operation of production-related infrastructures (label printers, special workstations)
What are you bringing with you:
Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or professional experience in the mentioned area of ??responsibility.
* Experience in client engineering, software distribution (SCCM a plus) and PowerShell.
* Knowledge of operating and maintaining global Windows client infrastructures and relevant
components.
* An independent, initiative and reliable personality who enjoys working in a team.
* Good knowledge of German,
