Guidewire Billing Center Lead Developer - 3 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid Working

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Guidewire Billing Center Lead Developer to join our team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. You will be working for a global insurance organisation.
As the Guidewire Billing Center Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team through an essential Cloud upgrade project. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding our current system, asking the right questions, and actively participating in impact analysis and code evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead developer for our Billing Center
- Guide the team through the Cloud upgrade project
- Conduct thorough analysis of the current system
- Facilitate impactful discussions and ask insightful questions
- Collaborate with the team to produce comprehensive analysis documents
- Provide guidance and support in executing project tasks effectively
What you will Ideally Bring:
- Strong experience in application development using Guidewire BillingCenter
- Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Strong experience in Guidewire integration mechanisms including predefined & custom plug-in, messaging destination, custom batch process, predefined and custom web services.
- Experience in Integrating BillingCenter with external reporting systems such as (but not limited to) motor vehicle reports, property reports, accident auto clue reports.
- Experience in designing physical design document (UML diagrams - component, class and sequence diagrams, data mapping, data model and error conditions)
Contract Details:
- Duration: 3 months (View to Extension)
- Location: Guildford Or London/Remote
- Day Rate: Up to £500 Per Day (Inside IR35)
