Freelance Automation Lead- Remote - 6 MonthsJob - Automation Lead
Client Location - Copenhagen
Remote work offering - Partial
Client Industry - Industrial Manufacturing
Contract Length - 6 months (Extension Possible)
Project focus:
- The ideal candidate will oversee process equipment packages and local control systems.
- They will play a pivotal role in coordinating with vendors, ensuring technical clarity, and facilitating installations and on-site testing.
- They will be responsible for the development and review of interface agreements, as well as the seamless transfer of relevant data to central IT applications.
- A key aspect of the project involves maintaining and optimizing API production processes to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
Key skills and Experience required:
- Proficient understanding and experience with PLC systems and industrial communication/interfaces.
- Specific expertise in PLC/HMI (with a preference for Siemens) and familiarity with interfacing systems such as Transport Control Systems and MES (PAS-X).
- Knowledge in Weighing systems, Autonomous Mobile Robots, and interfacing with SAP EWM would be a plus.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical lead on process equipment packages, showcasing leadership and coordination abilities.
