Für meinen Kunden suche ich gegenwärtig einen Electronics Development Engineer (m/w/d) Standort Ludwigsburg in Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Im Folgenden finden Sie das Anforderungsprofil:Aufgaben:
- Independently translating product and system requirements into technical requirements and specifications in cross-functional collaboration (German/English).
- Independently developing a variety of electrical and electronic designs and using simple to complex methods to evaluate the extent to which these designs meet requirements, in cross-functional collaboration (German/English).
- Independently creating, optimising and documenting simple to complex electrical and electronic architecture (German/English).
- Independently preparing and reviewing technical specifications and functional specifications for electrical and electronic modules, assemblies and components.
- Autonomously conducting all the necessary analyses, technical calculations and simulations for electrical and electronic circuits.
- Autonomously creating and reviewing complex circuit diagrams and independently creating circuit board layouts in accordance with design guidelines and regulatory EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) and safety standards.
- Autonomously selecting electronic elements and components in line with requirements, specifications, design guidelines, plus cost and reliability analyses in collaboration with Purchasing.
- Independently preparing, optimising and documenting internal electrical design guidelines; circuit board design, layout design, component selection.
- Assisting in creating, optimising and documenting departmental and inter-departmental development processes and guidelines (German/English).
- Independently preparing and updating the necessary developments and documentation for product maintenance (change control, discontinuation management, product improvements, complaints processing, purchasing and manufacturing issues).
- Independently planning and developing testing facilities and tests, as well as assisting in the construction of testing facilities and carrying out testing, including the creation of the necessary test logs.
- Independently preparing, optimising and conducting internal PVT training sessions on internal processes, guidelines, electrical safety and EMC standards.
- Assisting in estimating costs and scheduling projects, and in coordinating work packages relating to electronic and electrical developments.
- Independently carrying out fourth-level support (the final possible escalation level) and assisting in complaints processing, including root cause analysis, producing investigation reports and conducting technical risk assessments (German/English).
- Close collaboration with external electronics development partners
- Independently planning, coordinating and carrying out smaller-scale electronic and electrical development projects.
- Compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines, including regular checks
Must Have:
- Successfully completed Master's degree (FH) in computer science, information technology or comparable fields (e.g. electrical engineering, electronics, communications engineering) with first work experience or Bachelor's degree with several years of work experience or with technical/specialist computer science training with very many years of work experience
- Professional experience in developing complex digital and analogue electronics and electrical systems, preferably in a regulated environment
- Very good knowledge of English / Good German Skills
- Good knowledge of all the project phases (requirements management, architecture and design, implementation, verification) of developing components and devices in the field of automation technology or medical technology
- Very good practical experience of ECAD (electronic computer-aided design) tools, EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) and a good knowledge of electrical safety standards
- A knowledge of agile product development
