**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with expertise in Change Management to oversee the development of a comprehensive governance framework for a new CRM system. This role involves collaborating with a project team to ensure efficient management of customer data, contacts, and processes, facilitating a cohesive approach to data governance, and providing user training and post-implementation support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement a governance model for the CRM system, ensuring efficient data management and application usage.
- Define protocols for data addition, updating, and deletion, potentially integrating approval workflows.
- Establish clear data ownership rules, accommodating unique data requirements across various departments.
- Model governance processes and delineate roles and responsibilities within the governance framework.
- Conduct training for CRM application users and provide ongoing support to address governance-related issues.
**Must-Have Skills:**
- Solid experience in change management, particularly in creating governance for application and data management.
- Competency in conducting training sessions for application users.
- Proficiency in Dutch or French with a passive understanding of the other language.
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Experience in change management within a government setting.
- Familiarity with CRM applications, especially MS Dynamics 365.
**Language Requirements:**
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch or French.
- Passive understanding of the other national language.
- English proficiency is considered an advantage.
