BDS Logistics Admin Assistant

Location: Neuchatel, Switzerland

Duration: 7 months

The Logistics Assistant plays a vital role in supporting Manufacturing groups by ensuring the timely and accurate collection and encoding of batch data. They are responsible for maintaining data integrity in manufacturing databases, facilitating the production process, and supporting monthly financial closing activities.

Tasks:

* Collect and encode batch data in the Discoverant manufacturing database.

* Reconcile batch data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

* Encode materials used in production batches, including those produced via the JDE system.

* Reconcile material data to ensure accuracy.

* Authorized to sign system transaction reports (TER).

* Ensure monthly financial closing by verifying the closure of all batches in the JDE system before the deadline.

* Archive Log Books, Master Batch Records (MBR), and other production forms.

* Update procedures in the production area as required.

* Ensure the updating of documents as Owner of specifications.

Requirements:

* CFC or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry in Production or Quality roles.

* Knowledge of GMP environment.

* Proficiency in French (required), fluency in English (an asset).

* Proficient in MS Office pack (Office 365).

* Familiarity with at least one of the following software: JDE/E1; Discoverant; LIMS.

* Strong leadership, communication, and team spirit.

* Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Decisiveness and initiative in line with priorities.

* Flexibility and agility in handling complex situations.

* Adapt communication according to target audience (audit, SLT, inter/intra service exchange).

* Collaborate with internal partners and external partners (other group sites, suppliers) to gather necessary information.
