Apigee Tech Lead - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - London (Hybrid)
Hamilton Barnes is representing a leading British multinational retailer company who are looking to hire an Apigee Lead Engineer, for this position you will be responsible for setting up the CI/CD pipelines and enabling the path for the platform version from Apigee Edge to Apigee -X.
Join our client's team as an Apigee Engineer on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing Apigee architecture, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and facilitating the transition from Apigee Edge to Apigee X. You will collaborate closely with customer architects and network/cloud engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Apigee architecture in alignment with customer architects and network/cloud engineers.
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for Apigee Proxy deployments and testing.
- Develop Proxy flows, templates, and implement security measures. Automate processes such as Proxy migration and importing OAS docs.
- Customize and configure the developer portal as per project requirements.
- Configure Analytics and Monitoring capabilities of Apigee to ensure efficient performance monitoring and analysis.
Skills/Experience:
- Proficiency in Apigee Edge and Apigee X platforms.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and integration.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and implementation.
- Familiarity with design frameworks for creating scalable and resilient architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Day Rate: Up to £ Per Day (Inside IR35)
